I worked at a sparkling wine tasting room and the remnants were up for staff enjoyment. I used to think long and hard at the end of a work day trying to blend the best of the left over sparkling wines together to create my own palette pleaser. For you there is so much more at steak than just blending for a nights enjoyment. But isn't it fun?!?!

The mind-numbing details are a daunting task. A common theme that seems to come up is that in order to make a white wine all one needs to do is follow a blue print. But to make a great red wine one has to be an artist.

I am studying wine is Italy right now and I have come into contact with many producers of red and white wines. Always nice to see the paint before it is put on to the canvas. Nice post Josh, although you should talk to the photographer about his lighting, save the rock star lighting from below for the stage. Thanks as always great stuff.

Kudos to Craig for making some great wines. Always nice to see the paint before it is put
on to the canvas.
